This beginner-friendly (all levels welcome) craft sewing class teaches
foundational machine skills while crafting a custom throw pillow.
Participants will learn to measure, cut and prepare fabric, sew
straight seams, and create an envelope closure. Crafters will leave
with a completed, personalized home decor item. No experience is
required. (2) sewing machines will be available for use. Instructor
encourages you to bring your own machine and favorite supplies if
you’d like.

Skills Learned: Machine threading, navigating seams, pivoting corners,
installing zippers (in advanced beginner classes), and finishing
techniques like ironing and pressing.
Included Materials: (2) sewing machines (you are welcome to bring your
own), notions, tools, fabrics and pillow inserts.
Ideal for beginners, this class focuses on precision, measuring, and
creating functional, stylish pillows to update any living space.
