CCAC Cancellation Policy

If a workshop is cancelled (such as due to public health policy changes or low enrollment) you will be notified at least 14 days prior to the start of the workshop and you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel your workshop reservation, please email info@cascadiaart.org

  • Cancelling 21+ days prior to workshop = 100% refund less a $15 administrative fee
  • Cancelling 14-20 days prior to workshop = 50% refund
  • Cancelling fewer than 14 days prior to workshop = 0% refund
  • Please email info@cascadiaart.org to process cancellations
